Who We Are
About Us
Our background is in Men’s & Women’s Tailoring and Fashion range building with over 30 years
experience in the industry. ‘I am What I am’ came about when our beloved dog, Hugo
developed a cancerous tumour and passed away March 15th 2021. We consider all pets to
be special and each one is different with their own personality. Some pets are ‘extra
special’, and this be may due to a special connection one may feel. Hugo was one of them
and we really do miss him!

Our Philosophy
Designing beautiful things is one thing, but we also imagine a world where we are also doing good! One of our top priorities is to work ethically and sustainably, using local Australian manufacturers wherever possible, including manufacturing, raw materials and even packaging. Our philosophy is that Australian product needs to be thought of as ‘GREAT’ again and we need to be proud of that. Our Australian Cotton product is built to last. Fabric and manufacturing is made in Melbourne to the highest standards. Feel free to hand them down to any new additions to the family that may come along. This will give your product optimum use. Our Upcycled product uses materials from pre-existing human garments, and these can also be handed down. If not, just simply send them back to us. We will reuse them to make new things.
